    Meditation Retreat

I have been meditating every single day for the past three years.  I would say that out of everything in my life that is important, meditation is the one thing that I could not do without.  I could survive without my family or my house, but I could not survive without employing the meditation techniques that I have learned.  They let me reach a state of deep relaxation and recharge myself everyday.  When I went on a meditation retreat, however, I was not expecting it to change my life.  I figured that I knew everything about meditation already.

Every parent would love to have the perfect child but sadly this is not the case. Many kids today are troubled and resent parental control. In today’s poor economy most parents work outside the home which gives the kids too much time to get into trouble. If you find yourself facing a situation that you can’t seem to deal with you might want to consider boot camp.

    Guide to Meditation

Learning to meditate takes time and effort.  The best thing to do is to have a plan and to stick with it.  Meditation can help you relax, focus and get your emotions under control.  But you have to know how.

The benefits of meditating on a regular basis are remarkable. Individuals have reported different physical and psychological improvements after adopting this practice. Some may not seem to be able to reap the benefits that have been reported. These individuals would benefit from reading a guide to meditation.

Some may be done anywhere, even at work.

I think it's safe to say that we all do at times. For some of us it is much worse than it is for others. Maybe it's connected to work, or possibly related to your home life. Some folks even inherit high stress levels. Pretty much everything is genetic we're finding out. And then there's stress relieving. But, how is this done? Well, this really depends on you and what you prefer. There are several routes to stress reduction.

    Drawing Energy

    By: Robert Morgen

During various exercises we’ll be drawing energy in through our chakras, into our organs and even through the entire area of our skin. Drawing energy into yourself is fairly easy to do and simply requires a heightened sense of self-awareness to feel.

To begin drawing energy just take a moment and focus on your breathing. Feel your breath as it flows in through your nostrils and down to your Dan Tien, the area two finger-widths below your belly button. Feel the chi as it flows in with your breath down to your Dan Tien. Take a few breaths and let the energy build up and spread through your body.

    How to Deal With Anger

    By: Robert Morgen

"When you are offended at any man's fault, turn to yourself and study your own failings. Then you will forget your anger."
    Epictetus

As humans we have to deal with anger on a fairly constant basis. Some of us tend to be a little quicker to anger than others, but in general anger is one of the daily trials that we all have to work towards overcoming.

    Intention and Awareness

    By: Robert Morgen

I’ve mentioned Intention and Awareness a few times now, and you’ll continue to see me talk about these concepts as we go. They are the root of all your energy work and when combined with your Breathing and the Law of Reciprocity they have a synergistic effect that can enhance your entire life.
