I am co-owner and instructor at Arts of Self-Defense in NJ, USA. I am a shodan in Goju Ryu in the lineage of Master Van Lenten and Shihan Jerry Thomson. I compete in tournaments. Competition sharpens the senses & builds self-confidence. I have invented and patented martial arts training equipment based on the chi'ishi & nigiri game. It is called the Punch/Block Power Charger. I am a university graduate with A.B.. M.S. & M.B.A. degrees.
